What Boldally Chat is
Boldally Chat is a shared inbox for the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta's official API for businesses. It is not the WhatsApp Business app on your phone, and it is not an unofficial relay.
How the pieces fit together

Two consequences matter in daily use:
- You pay Meta directly for messages. Meta bills the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account. Boldally adds no markup and does not resell messages. Your Boldally subscription is a separate, fixed charge.
- If you disconnect Boldally Chat, your number stays yours. Disconnecting removes our access; it does not release the number from Meta.
What you need before signing up
Before you start
- A Facebook account. A personal one is fine. It is used to sign in to Meta's connection flow.
- A phone number that is not currently on WhatsApp. If the number is on the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app, delete it from that app first and wait a couple of minutes.
- A payment method for the Boldally subscription (card, UPI or net banking through Razorpay).
- A payment method on the Meta side, added in Meta Business Manager, so Meta can charge you for template messages.
You do not need a Meta Business portfolio in advance. If you do not have one, Meta's connection flow creates it during setup.
What it costs
Two separate bills:
- Your Boldally Chat plan, billed monthly or annually in INR through Razorpay. Current plans and prices are on boldally.com/pricing and in the app when you subscribe.
- Meta's per-message charges for template messages, billed by Meta at their published rates. Replies inside the 24-hour service window are not charged as template messages.
There is no free trial and no trial period. Signing up means choosing a paid plan and completing payment before you can connect WhatsApp or send anything. See create your account.
Where Boldally Chat runs
Boldally Chat is a web app at chat.boldally.com. There is no separate desktop or mobile app to install; the site is built to work on phone screens as well as desktop.
At the moment workspaces can only be created with India as the country.
