What is not available yet
Some features show up in Boldally Chat marked Coming soon. They are visible so you can see where the product is going, and they are not usable today. Here is the complete list, with what to do instead.

Today: there is no public API and no outbound webhook from Boldally Chat to your systems. If you need programmatic access, tell us what you are trying to build. That shapes what ships first.
Contacts

Automation triggers marked "Soon"
The trigger picker lists these but they cannot be selected:
- New message received
- First message from a contact
- Keyword match
- Conversation assigned
- New contact created
- Tag added
- On a schedule
Today: the live triggers are the ten Shopify commerce events and Button / list reply. See automations.
Other things worth knowing
- No per-contact merge fields in campaigns. Template variables in a campaign take one value for the whole send. Automations do map per-order variables.
- No self-serve chat history export. Contacts export to CSV; messages do not. Ask support if you need a specific range.
- No mobile app. Boldally Chat is a web app that works on phone browsers. Notifications need a tab open.
- India only. New workspaces can only be created with India as the country.
