Boldally is a software company that builds business tools for Indian teams. Our first product is Boldally Chat — a WhatsApp Business API platform for managing customer conversations, running broadcasts, and team collaboration.

Boldally Chat is a WhatsApp Business API platform that lets businesses manage customer conversations, run broadcast campaigns, and collaborate as a team — all from one dashboard. It's built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API and designed for Indian businesses.
How is Boldally Chat different from the regular WhatsApp Business app?
The free WhatsApp Business app is designed for a single user on a single phone. Boldally Chat uses the official WhatsApp Business API, which supports multiple team members on one number, broadcast campaigns to thousands, message templates, analytics, and integrations.
Do I need a separate WhatsApp number?
You need a phone number that's not currently registered on WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business. If your number is on the regular WhatsApp Business app, you'll need to deregister it first (takes about 2 minutes) before connecting it through the API.
How do I sign up?
Visit auth.boldally.com/sign-up to create your account. You'll verify your email, create your business workspace, and connect your WhatsApp number through Meta's Embedded Signup — all in under 10 minutes.
Do I need a Facebook Business account?
Yes. Meta requires a Facebook Business account (Meta Business Suite) to use the WhatsApp Business API. If you don't have one, you can create it during signup — it's free.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan — no credit card required. Connect your number, invite your team, send campaigns, and explore the full feature set before choosing a plan.
WhatsApp Business API
What is the WhatsApp Business API?
The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official interface for businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages at scale. Unlike the free app, it supports multiple users, automated messages, template-based campaigns, and integration with business tools.
Is Boldally Chat an official WhatsApp Business Solution Provider?
Boldally Chat is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. We provide the platform and tools for businesses to use the API — including onboarding, team inbox, campaign management, and analytics.
Will my messages get delivered reliably?
Yes. All messages go through Meta's official Cloud API infrastructure. Delivery depends on your template quality, Meta's approval status, and the recipient's phone being online.
What's the difference between template messages and session messages?
Template messages are pre-approved messages you send outside the 24-hour window — promotions, reminders, alerts. Session messages are free-form replies within 24 hours of a customer's last message. Templates cost money. Session messages are free.
What message categories does WhatsApp charge for?
Marketing (promotions, offers), Utility (order updates, shipping), and Authentication (OTPs, login codes). Service conversations (customer replies within 24 hours) are free. Boldally Chat adds a 10% markup to Meta's base rates.
Pricing and Billing
How much does Boldally Chat cost?
Plans start at ₹999/month (Starter), ₹2,499/month (Growth), and ₹5,999/month (Business). Annual billing saves 20%. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST.
What's included in the plan fee vs. message costs?
Your monthly plan covers the platform — inbox, campaigns, analytics, integrations, agent seats. Message costs are separate and based on WhatsApp's per-template pricing plus our 10% markup. Service messages are free.
How does the markup compare to competitors?
We charge 10% over Meta's rates — among the lowest. Most competitors charge 15-20%. For a business sending 5,000 marketing messages/month, that saves roughly ₹2,000-3,000/month vs platforms with a 20% markup.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major methods through Razorpay — credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are eligible for prorated refund within the first 30 days. See our Refund Policy for details.
Features
How many team members can I add?
Starter includes 3, Growth includes 5, Business includes 10. Additional agents at ₹299-499/month depending on plan.
Can multiple agents respond to the same customer?
Conversations are assigned to one agent at a time. Any team member can view the conversation, leave internal notes, or reassign it.
Does it support media messages?
Yes — images, videos, documents, audio, and stickers in the inbox and campaign templates.
Can I send broadcasts to all contacts?
Yes. Send to all contacts or filter by tags. Starter allows 5 campaigns/month; Growth and Business are unlimited.
Does Boldally Chat have a chatbot?
Starter has basic keyword auto-replies. Growth adds a visual no-code flow builder. Business includes conditional logic and branching.
Can I integrate with other tools?
Growth includes Shopify and Zoho CRM plus webhooks. Business adds full REST API access and all integrations.
Is there a mobile app?
Currently web-based and mobile-responsive. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap.
Account and Security
Is my data secure?
Yes. Encrypted in transit (TLS), access tokens encrypted at rest, isolated multi-tenant architecture.
Where is my data stored?
Secure servers in India with daily encrypted backups.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export contacts as CSV, export campaign reports. Your data belongs to you.
