The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official interface for businesses to send and receive WhatsApp messages at scale. Unlike the free WhatsApp Business app, the API supports:

How Boldally Chat Uses the API
Boldally Chat provides the platform and tools to use the WhatsApp Business API without writing code. We handle:

Message Types
Template Messages
Pre-approved messages for outbound communication outside the 24-hour window. Must be submitted to Meta for approval. There are three categories:

Session Messages
Free-form replies within 24 hours of a customer's last message. You can send text, images, documents, video, and audio. No cost per message.
Quality Rating
Meta assigns a quality rating to your phone number based on:
- How recipients respond to your messages
- Whether messages are reported or blocked
- Template approval history
If your quality drops, Meta may restrict your messaging limits. Monitor your quality rating in Settings > WhatsApp.
Messaging Limits
New numbers start with a lower daily messaging limit. As you maintain good quality, Meta automatically increases your limit. Business verification in Meta Business Suite can further increase limits.
Official vs. Unofficial API
Boldally Chat uses Meta's official Cloud API. This means:
- Reliable delivery through Meta's infrastructure
