Team Setup

Add your team members and assign roles so everyone can work from the same WhatsApp inbox.

Inviting Team Members

1. Go to Settings > Team
2. Click Invite Member
3. Enter their email address and select a role
4. They'll receive an email invitation and can join in one click

Roles

Boldally Chat has three roles:

Role	What They Can Do
Owner	Full access including billing, team management, and all features
Admin	Manage team members, templates, campaigns, and conversations
Agent	View and respond to assigned conversations, use quick replies

Agent Limits by Plan

Starter	3	₹299/month
Growth	5	₹399/month
Business	10	₹499/month

Removing Team Members

Go to Settings > Team, find the member, and click Remove. Their access is revoked instantly. Any conversations assigned to them can be reassigned to another agent.
