Quick Start

Get Boldally Chat up and running in under 10 minutes.

Step 1: Create Your Account​

  1. Go to auth.boldally.com/sign-up
  2. Enter your name, email, and password
  3. Verify your email address

Step 2: Create Your Workspace​

After verifying your email, you'll create your business workspace. This is where your team will manage all WhatsApp conversations.

Step 3: Connect Your WhatsApp Number​

Boldally Chat uses Meta's Embedded Signup to connect your WhatsApp Business Account. During this step you'll:

  1. Log in with your Facebook account
  2. Select or create a Meta Business Portfolio
  3. Choose a phone number to connect

Step 4: Invite Your Team​

Add your sales reps, support agents, and managers from the team settings page. Each member gets an email invitation and joins in one click.

Step 5: Start Messaging​

You're live! When a customer messages your WhatsApp number, the conversation appears in your shared inbox. You can also send the first message using an approved template.
