Quick Replies

Quick replies (canned responses) are pre-saved messages your team can insert into conversations with a shortcut. They help agents respond faster and maintain consistent messaging.

Creating Quick Replies

  1. Go to Settings > Quick Replies
  2. Click Add Quick Reply
  3. Enter a shortcut (e.g., /hours, /pricing, /thanks)
  4. Write the message body
  5. Save

Using Quick Replies

In any conversation, type / followed by the shortcut name. Select the quick reply from the dropdown to insert it into the message box. Edit if needed, then send.

Shared Across Team

Quick replies are shared across your workspace. When an admin creates a quick reply, all agents can use it.

Plan Availability

Quick replies are available on all plans (Starter, Growth, and Business).
