Send WhatsApp messages to thousands of contacts at once. Promote products, share updates, or run festive campaigns.
Creating a Campaign
- Go to Campaigns > New Campaign
- Select a template — choose an approved message template
- Choose your audience — send to all contacts or filter by tags
- Map variables — fill in personalization fields (name, order ID, etc.)
- Send or schedule — send immediately or pick a date and time
Audience Segmentation
Target specific groups using tags. Examples:
- Diwali offer to Delhi customers only
- Restock alert to last month's buyers
- New product launch to VIP contacts
Scheduling
On Growth and Business plans, schedule campaigns for peak engagement hours. Business plan also supports recurring scheduled campaigns (e.g., weekly updates every Monday at 10am).
Personalization
Use template variables to personalize each message with the contact's name, order ID, or any custom attribute. Every message feels personal, even at scale.
Live Tracking
Watch campaign metrics update in real time:
- Sent — messages dispatched
- Delivered — messages reached the recipient's phone
- Read — messages opened by the recipient
- Replied — messages that got a response

Spot an error? Stop a running campaign instantly from the campaign dashboard.
Click Tracking
On Growth and Business plans, track clicks on links inside your campaign messages. See which contacts engaged with your content.

Message Costs
Broadcast messages use WhatsApp templates, which have a per-message cost based on the template category:

Rates include Boldally's 10% markup over Meta's base prices. All prices exclusive of 18% GST.
