Team Members
Manage who has access to your Boldally Chat workspace.
Adding Members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email and select a role (Owner, Admin, or Agent)
- They receive an email invitation and join in one click
Agent Limits
Each plan includes a set number of agent seats. You can add more at a per-agent monthly cost.

Removing Members
Go to Settings > Team, find the member, and click Remove. Their access is revoked instantly. Conversations assigned to them remain in the inbox and can be reassigned.
What Happens to Their Conversations?
When a team member is removed:
- Their assigned conversations become Unassigned
- Conversation history and internal notes are preserved
- An admin can reassign conversations to other agents
