Encryption
- In transit: All data is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS) between your browser and our servers
- At rest: Access tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest
Data Storage
- All data is stored on secure servers in India
- Daily encrypted backups ensure your data is safe
- Isolated multi-tenant architecture — your data is logically separated from other customers
Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. You can:
- Export contacts as CSV at any time
- Export campaign reports for your records
- Request full data deletion by contacting support
Data Retention
After account cancellation:
- Data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted within 90 days
WhatsApp API Security
- Boldally Chat connects through Meta's official Cloud API — no grey routes or unofficial methods
- WABA credentials and tokens are stored encrypted
- Webhook processing uses queue-based architecture with retry logic — no messages lost during traffic spikes
