Owner
The account creator is the Owner. There's one Owner per workspace. The Owner has full access to everything, including billing and account deletion.
Admin
Admins manage the day-to-day operations — team, templates, campaigns, contacts, and automations. They can't access billing settings.
Agent
Agents focus on conversations. They can view and respond to conversations assigned to them, use quick replies, and leave internal notes.
Changing Roles
Go to Settings > Team, click on a member, and change their role. Only Owners and Admins can change roles.
Role-Based Access Control (Business Plan)
The Business plan adds granular role-based access control with custom permission sets beyond the three standard roles.
