WhatsApp Message Costs
On top of your plan fee, WhatsApp charges per template message delivered. Boldally adds a 10% markup to Meta's base rates — the lowest in the industry.

Switching Plans
Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings > Billing.
- Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remaining billing period
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days. See Refund Policy for details.
