Boldally Chat is a shared WhatsApp inbox built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Your business owns the WhatsApp Business Account, your team works from one inbox, and you pay Meta directly for messages with no markup from us.

What Boldally Chat does not do yet
We would rather tell you now than have you discover it mid-setup. These appear in the app marked Coming soon and are not usable today:
- A public REST API and API keys.
- Outgoing webhooks to your own systems, including the Send webhook automation step.
- Zapier.
- Saved contact segments.
- Per-event email and in-app notification preferences.
